Organizing Contacts: Household and Employer Relationships
Relationships are shared connection that can be tracked for donors at the household level and/or the employer level, allowing you to see and navigate between the donors and their gift contributions in each entity.
In order to link a contact record to a household or an organization account, the household and/or organization record must be created first and then you can link the contact record to the household/organization record.
