Email Statistics Information
You can access statistics, clicked URLs, and a link to the Group Email Activity report on the right side of the details page.
A refresh icon is located in the card's top corner to update the statistics while emails are still being sent.
Statistic Information
Statistic Name | Description |

Total Sent | Total number of contact email activities created and sent |
Total Delivered | Total number of emails that were able to be delivered to the recipient. One thing to note is that some email servers do not report if an email was delivered, which means DonorDock cannot mark it as delivered |
Unique Opens | The number of unique recipients that have opened your email. Again, some email clients block reporting when an email is opened. This means that more recipients may have opened the emails than what is being reported |
Opened | Total number of times the email has been opened. This counts if the same recipient opens the email more than one time.Β Again, some email clients block reporting when an email is opened. This means that more recipients may have opened the emails than what is being reported |
Bounced | The number of emails that have bounced when being sent. This may be a soft bounce or a hard bounce. A soft bounce is an email that couldn't be delivered because of temporary reasons, such as a mailbox being full. A hard bounce is an email that couldn't be delivered for permanent reasons. Usually, this is an incorrect email; the email domain isn't an actual domain, or the email recipient's server won't accept the email. After a hard bounce, DonorDock will no longer attempt sending to that email address. Viewing an email activity will allow you to see more information about a bounce or drop |
Dropped | The number of emails that have dropped because of a previous hard bounce to the email address. After a hard bounce, DonorDock will no longer attempt sending to that email address. Viewing an email activity will allow you to see more information about a bounce or drop |
Unsubscribed | The number of contacts who have Unsubscribed from the specific report |
