How to Add DonorDock Website to Mobile Device Home Screen

DonorDock does not currently have a mobile app, however the DonorDock website can be easily used on your mobile device. 


To add the DonorDock website onto your Mobile devices homescreen, please see the steps below


For iPhone or Ipad

  1. On your Iphone or Ipad, Launch Safari (This will not work from Chrome) 

  2. Enter in address field the URL of your DonorDock Tenant website

  3. Tap Go

  4. Tap the icon featuring a right-pointing arrow coming out of a box along the top of the Safari window to open a drop-down menu

  5. Tap Add to Home Screen

  6. The Add to Home dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be used for this website on the left side of the dialog box

  7. Enter the name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap Add

  8. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPad/iPhone home page

For Android Devices

  1. on your Android device, Launch Chrome

  2. Navigate to your DonorDock Tenant website  

  3. Tap the menu icon in your browser (3 dots in upper right-hand corner)

  4. Tap Add to Homescreen

  5. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut

  6. Chrome will add it to your home screen.
