Meetings

Meetings with donors help to build lasting relationships. Using the "Meeting" activity type, you can easily track each meeting you hold with your donors.

Fields to select when creating a Meeting Activity:

  • Contact. The contact that the Meeting is with.

  • Assigned to. The user who will be meeting with the contact.

  • Subject. The subject of the meeting.

  • Meeting Date. The date that the meeting is scheduled.

  • Priority. The ranked priority of the activity: Low, Medium, or High.

  • Status. The status of the Activity. Has the meeting already been completed, is it incomplete, or cancelled. If status complete, box will appear for Completion Note.

  • Completion Note. Any notes you wish to enter about the meeting (outside of the meeting notes) as to the completion of the activity.

  • Meeting Notes. Notes and information relating to the meeting.

  • Campaign. Campaign (if any) the meeting activity is associated with.

  • Appeal. Appeal (if any) the meeting activity is associated with.

Meeting activities may be created manually by adding an activity, added in bulk through reports if there were more than one donor in the meeting, or may be imported through the import tool.
