Security & Trust Center

Protecting your organization's data and the information entrusted to you by your donors is central to how DonorDock operates. Our Trust Center provides a central place to learn more about DonorDock's security posture, data protection practices, controls, and third-party services.

From the Trust Center, you can review available security information and request access to additional documentation when needed for your organization's vendor or security review. The center currently includes information about DonorDock's security controls, subprocessor information, and application security documentation. Some documentation is available by request rather than for public download.

DonorDock also maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, with additional information about our security safeguards and infrastructure available through our security resources.
