Sending Individual Email Receipts

While you will likely send receipts in batches, you may also create individual receipts and send from the gift record.

Receipts may be sent:

  • On the Gift View page. When viewing the gift, you may click the email send icon to send an email. Select template and then click Send.

  • On the Contact Record. When on the contact record, under gifts section, you may click the email send icon to the right of the gift details to send an email. Select template and then click Send.

  • On the Campaign Gifts page. When viewing Campaign gifts after entering a campaign, you may click the email send icon to the right of the gift details to send an email. Select template and then click Send.

  • On the Appeal Gifts page. When viewing Appeal gifts after entering an appeal, you may click the email send icon to the right of the gift details to send an email. Select template and then click Send.

  • On the Funds Gifts page. When viewing the Gifts associated with the fund after entering a Funds page, you may click the email send icon to the right of the gift details to send an email. Select template and then click Send.

  • On the Gifts Page under Fundraising. When viewing the list of Gifts under Fundraising, you may click the email send icon to the right of the gift details to send an email. Select template and then click Send.
