ActionBoard Overview 💫

The ActionBoard is the go to spot in DonorDock where you may visually track and complete interactions with your contacts.

DonorDock's smart nudge technology allows you to get daily recommendations for contacts to connect with based on your data, plus reminders and alerts to ensure you always know what is happening.

The ActionBoard is comprised of 4 lanes, where you may view and interact with cards for suggested communication (nudges) and actions with your contact:

❔ Nudges

Nudges are system created suggestions that you reach out to one of your donors. The type of nudges you receive may be customized on your profile.

✉️ Actions

Actions are a list of activities that you have created for yourself, someone else has created for you, or that you have identified as a task that needs to be completed from the suggestions area. Using the filter, you may select how far in the future you see upcoming actions.

✅ Completed Today

The Completed Today section lists all the ActionBoard items you have completed today.

⏰Snoozed

Snoozed items are the list of actions and nudges that you have elected to not complete at this time, but may be woken up and completed at a later date.

The ActionBoard is accessible through the main navigation bar of DonorDock. While on any page in DonorDock, you will be able to see a counter beside the ActionBoard menu option, showing how many nudges incomplete actions you currently have open.
