Add Custom Fields to Online Giving Pages

Once you have created custom fields for your organization, they may be added to giving pages to receive responses.

Adding Custom Fields to Giving Pages
  1. Go to Online Giving in the main navigation bar.

  2. Locate the giving page you want to edit and click the pen icon on the top right.

  3. On the setup screen, scroll down to the Collect Information section.

  4. Click + Add Field and choose the custom field you'd like to add.

  5. To make the field required, click the settings gear next to the custom field and check the Required box.

  6. (Optional) Update the label that appears above the field—by default, it will say Additional Information, but you can customize it to display a question or specific prompt.
