AT&T Home Internet Users Experience Blocked Giving Page

DonorDock Giving pages are hosted using Azure. DonorDock is currently working with AT&T as part of a bigger problem where Azure hosted websites/applications are being blocked with AT&T Home Internet users who utilize the Smart Home Manager App. 

We are continuing to be in contact with AT&T to resolve this issue. 

In the meantime, we have the following steps from AT&T on how your Donor may set the website to load in their Smart Home Manager App. 

After the donor in question receives a blocked webpage error when attempting to access a giving page, they may open their Smart Home Manager App. Once open, clicking on the message bubble icon will open alerts for recently blocked websites.

After clicking this, the app will show a message for each blocked site event. 

The contact may then click on the message for the DonorDock site they need to access and click "Allow Access". This will add the URL to the whitelist and allow access.
