Automations Overview
Automations consist of steps that execute automatically following a specific event (Trigger). Each automation can include up to 20 steps configured to run after the Trigger. Actions specified in subsequent steps are initiated simultaneously with the Trigger, with their due dates or send dates set for up to 365 days in the future.

The number of running Automations you may have on your DonorDock account is based on your DonorDock Subscription Level. There is no limit to the number of Automations you may have in draft status.

Access the Automations Inbox
Login to your DonorDock account
Navigate to the Settings Menu (grid icon top right)
Select Automations
Once on the Automations Inbox, tabs will be available to select to view your organization's Running Automations and Draft Automations
