Bulk Assigning Gift Tags during Import

During the import process, you can add gift tags to gifts.

How to:

In your import file, add a column for gift tags.

For each gift, add the name of any gift tag. To add multiple gift tags, simply separate gift tag names with a comma.

example: major gift, monthly gift, sponsor gift

Continue with the importing process.

How it works:

• If you type the exact name of an existing gift tag into the gift tag column, the gift will be added with an existing gift tag.

• If you add a new gift tag name, that gift tag will be created, and any gifts in your import with that gift tag name will be added to the gift tag.
