Cancel DonorDock Subscription
While we love DonorDock, we understand it isn't for everyone. If you find that it is time to cancel your account, you can do that easily through the Billing page.
To Cancel DonorDock Account
Select Settings Menu (grid icon top right)
Select Billing
Scroll down the very bottom of the billing page and click the red button that says CANCEL NOW.
Your subscription will then be set to terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. You will have access through the end of your current subscription period.
