Changing Subscription Level in DonorDock

DonorDock offers 4 different subscription tiers: Giving, Lite (Formerly Starter), Essentials, and Professional.

Payment for DonorDock may be billed Annually or on a Monthly basis. No contract is required for length of use for DonorDock.

To Change Subscription Level

1. Select Settings Menu (grid icon top right)

2. Select Billing

3. Scroll down to your Subscription Settings

4. Using the Toggle you may select to view Annual or Monthly prices

5. A summary of each Subscription tier will be available. Click Change to this Plan on the new plan request

6. Click the Change Plan button at the bottom of the subscription settings to confirm the update.
