Creating Actions for the ActionBoard during Activity Import

When importing activities in bulk through DonorDock imports, you may also assign future activities (phone calls, meetings, asks, etc.) to the ActionBoard for other team members or yourself. To make use of this feature, ensure that the activity file you are importing contains columns for Add to ActionBoard and a column for the owner of the activity.

If you need the activity to be added to the owner's ActionBoard, select True or Yes as the value for the Add to ActionBoard column. If you do not need the activity added to the ActionBoard, leave the field blank or enter False or No.
