Disabling AI features in DonorDock

With the introduction of Otto, DonorDock’s AI assistant, we’re excited to provide tools that help streamline and simplify your work.

To give you full control over how AI is used in your DonorDock experience, administrators have the option to disable AI features at the organization level. This includes disabling Otto chat, “Ask Otto” prompts on the ActionBoard, the Journey Wizard, and AI-powered suggestions in templates.

To Disable AI Features

1. In DonorDock, click the grid icon in the upper-right corner to open the Settings menu.

2. Select Settings from the list.

3. On your main Organization Settings page, scroll down the right-hand column to find the Features section.

4. Just below the Staging Rules, you’ll see a toggle option to Opt out of AI Features.

5. Switch the toggle on to disable Otto and related AI tools.

6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Once saved, AI-powered features will be turned off across your database. Changes will take effect after you log out and log back in.
