Email Statistic Reports

DonorDock allows you to view statistics on email opens and clicks, and view reports on specific emails, groups of emails or more.

Under Marketing > Emails > Sent Emails you can view summary stats and information on Bulk Emails that have been sent through DonorDock. 

You may also view a more detailed report using the activity report tool.

1. Navigate to the reports page.

2. Create a new Report, with the type "activity report"

3. On the blue Filters pop up box, set Date Range, and reduce Activity Type to only Email

4. Click Run Report

5. Click the Filter Icon next to the Subject Column

6. Use Contains filter to narrow to email subject in question you need details for

7. Click Filter
