Embedded Videos and Font colors

In our ongoing effort to improve security and prepare for future product enhancements, on 10/18/2023, some functionality previously available in DonorDock Giving Pages and Signup forms was removed. These removals include:

• Custom font colors and backgrounds in message fields

• Embedded videos in message fields

If your Online Giving Page or Signup utilized font colors in a message field previously, the color will revert to the default (black) without any background.

If your Giving Page previously used an embedded video, the video will cease to render and will no longer be visible within the message field. There won't be any broken links; the videos will be absent from view.

While we regret removing this functionality, this decision improves overall application security for you and your donors who use these features. Our team is actively planning alternatives to replace and enhance these features.
