To export Contact data from Network for Good, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Network For Good.

2. Navigate to the Contacts menu item in the left menu.

3. Click the Select All button at the top of the contact listing.

4. Ensure that the number of selected contacts matches the total number of contacts.

5. the Bulk Actions menu and choose Export.

6. In the Export pop-up give the export a name you will recognize (i.e. DonorDock Contact Export)

7. In the field selector, choose the following fields:

ID	Secondary Email	Country
Type	Mobile Phone	Zip Code
Prefix	Home Phone	Groups
First Name	Work Phone	Work Address
Middle Name	Formal Greeting	Work Address 2
Last Name	Informal Greeting	Work City
Suffix	Household Name	Work State
Employer	Address	Work Country
Job Title	Address 2	Work Zip Code
Date of Birth	City	Notes
Primary Email	State

8. Remove any other fields from the selected fields as you will not need them.

9. Click the Export button.

10. Once the export is complete, you will be able to download the file from the Exports screen.

11. Click on Settings in the left menu and then click on Exports. Find your export, and choose the download menu option once the export is Complete.
