Feathr Super Pixel with DonorDock

The Feathr Super Pixel connects your DonorDock giving page to your Feathr account, so you can track campaign performance and retarget people who've engaged with your giving page.

Accessing Feathr Super Pixel Integration in DonorDock

1. Open the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock)

2. Select Integrations

3. Click on the Tile for Feathr Super Pixel

4. Enter your Feathr Super Pixel ID and Feathr Conversion Pixel ID

   • You can find your Feathr Super Pixel ID in your Feathr Settings, under Integrations. If you want to track donations as a goal, you can also add a Feathr Conversion Pixel ID. This is a separate ID you create for each goal inside Feathr, and it's what lets a completed donation register as a conversion.

5. Click Save

Giving Page Events Tracked

1. page_view — fires when your giving page first loads.

2. conversion — fires once after a successful donation, recorded against your Conversion Pixel ID and categorized as a Donation. It includes the donation amount. This event only fires if you've added a Conversion Pixel ID.
