Fees for A2P 10 DLC Registration
A2P 10DLC is an acronym for "Application-to-Person 10 Digit Long Code." This refers to using an application (such as DonorDock) to send and receive text and muli-media messages with a 10-digit phone number.
To complete registration of your organization's phone number for use for outreach messaging, a one-time registration fee is needed. This one-time registration fee covers the registration with the Carrier networks.

$19.00 | The low volume standard registration rate for organizations that will send less than 6,000 text messages in a 24-hour time period. |

$59.00 | High volume standard registration rate for organizations that will send more than 6,000 text messages in a 24-hour time period. |
This fee may be paid during registration of your phone number for use in Texting. When clicking to proceed with your brand and campaign registration, you will be asked to select the registration fee needed for your organization.
🙋🏼♀️ Can I get a receipt for the carrier fee?
Yes, the receipt for the registration may be viewed and downloaded at any time by navigating to the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock), selecting Billing, and scrolling down to the bottom of the page to view your organization's Billing History. You may click to view and download the receipt for any past purchase.
