Fundraise Up integration to DonorDock

The Fundraise Up integration automatically syncs donation data from your Fundraise Up account into DonorDock. This keeps your donor records, gift history, and reporting accurate without manual imports.

Steps at a Glance

1. Log in to the Fundraise Up application

2. Locate your Fundraise Up API key

3. Open the Integrations page in DonorDock

4. Connect the Fundraise Up integration

5. Paste your API key and save

How the Integration Works

Once connected, new donations submitted through Fundraise Up will automatically appear in DonorDock as gifts. The integration brings in key details, including:

• Donor name and contact information

• Donation amount

• Campaign

• Payment method

• Gift date and status

In addition to syncing new donations, the integration also keeps existing records up to date. If a donation is refunded, fails, or its status changes in Fundraise Up, those updates will automatically be reflected in DonorDock. This ensures your donor profiles, campaign totals, and reports always match what is recorded in Fundraise Up.

Full Navigation Steps

Step 1: Get Your Fundraise Up API Key

1. Log in to your Fundraise Up dashboard: dashboard.fundraiseup.com

2. Navigate Settings > API keys

3. Click to Create a new API Key

4. Enter a descriptive name for your API key such as DonorDock

   

5. Check the box to allow us to "Receive donation data"

   

6. Select to use Live data

   

7. Click Create API Key

   

Step 2: Enter Your API Key in DonorDock

1. Log in to your DonorDock account.

2. Go to Settings Menu (grid icon top right)

   

3. Select Integrations

   

4. Find the Fundraise Up tile and click to open

   

5. Turn on the toggle to enable

6. Set the date for how far back you would like the integration to sync

7. Paste your Fundraise Up API key into the provided field

   

8. Click Save to enable the integration.
