Fundraise Up integration to DonorDock

The Fundraise Up integration automatically syncs donation data from your Fundraise Up account into DonorDock. This keeps your donor records, gift history, and reporting accurate without the need for manual imports.

How the Integration Works

Once connected, new donations submitted through Fundraise Up will automatically appear in DonorDock as gifts. The integration brings in key details, including:

  • Donor name and contact information

  • Donation amount

  • Campaign

  • Payment method

  • Gift date and status

In addition to syncing new donations, the integration also keeps existing records up to date. If a donation is refunded, fails, or its status changes in Fundraise Up, those updates will automatically be reflected in DonorDock. This ensures your donor profiles, campaign totals, and reports always match what is recorded in Fundraise Up.

How to Connect Fundraise Up to DonorDock

You can connect Fundraise Up to DonorDock in just a few minutes using your Fundraise Up API key. Once connected, donation data will automatically sync into DonorDock without any manual imports.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have access to your Fundraise Up account so you can locate or generate your API key.

Step 1: Get Your Fundraise Up API Key
  1. Log in to your Fundraise Up dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Settings or API Keys area (location may vary based on your account).

  3. Create or copy your existing API key.

Step 2: Enter Your API Key in DonorDock
  1. Log in to your DonorDock account.

  2. Go to Settings Menu (grid icon top right)

  3. Select Integrations.

  4. Find the Fundraise Up tile and click Connect

  5. Turn on the toggle to enable

  6. Set the date for how far back you would like the integration to sync

  7. Paste your Fundraise Up API key into the provided field.

  8. Click Save to enable the integration.

🎊 That's it! Once enabled, the integration will sync to DonorDock once every hour.
