Integrations in DonorDock
Integrations enable you to link other applications and tools to your DonorDock account, facilitating the exchange of information between them. In DonorDock, integrations are categorized into three types: Built-In, Featured, and Premium. All subscription levels can access Built-In and Featured integrations, and the Integration Builder is available on Professional subscriptions.
Built-In Integrations
PayPal
The PayPal integration is one of two payment processors that can be connected to DonorDock Online Giving Pages. Once integrated, donations can be received and processed through DonorDock Giving Pages using the "Give with PayPal" button at the bottom of the page.
Stripe
The Stripe integration is the other payment processor that can be connected to DonorDock Online Giving Pages. Once integrated, donations can be received and processed through Stripe by clicking the "Continue" button at the bottom of the giving page.
Featured Integrations
360 MatchPro/Double the Donation
The Once the integration has been enabled, the matching gift company search from 360MatchPro will be shown on your online giving pages. Upon completing the online gift, if the donor has specified their company, they will receive information about that company's matching gift programs.
Classy
Classy is a software company and online fundraising platform designed for nonprofit organizations. Classy allows nonprofits to create and manage fundraising campaigns, including donation pages, peer-to-peer fundraising, crowdfunding, and event ticketing. Once connected, Contact and Gift data will sync from Classy into DonorDock.
DonorSearch
DonorSearch is a wealth screening and analytics software that gives you actionable insights and wealth intelligence that enriches your donor data, helping you make better decisions. Once connected, the DonorDock + DonorSearch integration surfaces key data points on your contact records in DonorDock, while providing a quick link to the full contact profile in DonorSearch.
OneCause
OneCause provides user-friendly event fundraising software that makes it easier for nonprofits to raise more money during their events, auctions, and campaigns. Once connected, the Contact and Gift information will sync regularly from OneCause to DonorDock.
QuickBooks Desktop
QuickBooks Desktop is an accounting software that runs locally on a computer. When the integration for QuickBooks Desktop is turned on in DonorDock, Gift Batches become available for the easy tracking of gifts and gift reports will be available to export into IIF file format for easy import into the QuickBooks Desktop application.
Zapier
Zapier is a software tool that allows you to create DIY connections between different tools. There are thousands of applications available to connect through Zapier. Connecting DonorDock with Zapier requires maintaining an active Zapier account subscription.

Eventbrite is an online platform for creating, promoting, and managing events. It offers tools for ticket sales, event registration, and attendee management.
Google Forms
Google Forms is a free online tool that allows users to create customizable surveys, quizzes, and forms for data collection.
JotForms
JotForm is an online form-building platform that enables users to create custom forms, surveys, and questionnaires with ease, offering a wide range of templates and drag-and-drop functionality.
QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based accounting software that helps small- to medium-sized organizations manage their finances.
