Mapping Consultation with a DonorDock Team Member

Our team is here to help with mapping and importing!

First, export your data from your current system or gather your spreadsheet files.

Next, please submit a ticket to our help team and attach your data files. A DonorDock team member will review the provided files and suggest data mapping for your column headers.

Once the mapping is finished, a team member will reach out with a link to schedule your consultation call to review the mapping suggestions and kick off your migration. You also have the option to proceed with self-mapping.
