Meta Pixel with DonorDock

The Meta Pixel connects your DonorDock giving page to your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account. Once it's in place, you can measure how your ads drive donations and build audiences to retarget people who've visited your giving page.

Accessing Meta Pixel Integration in DonorDock

1. Open the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock)

2. Select Integrations

3. Click on the Tile for Meta Pixel

4. Enter your Meta Pixel ID

   • You can find this ID in your Meta Events Manager.

5. Click Save

Giving Page Events Tracked

1. PageView — fires when your giving page first loads.

2. Purchase — fires once after a successful donation. It includes the donation amount and is tied to a unique transaction ID.
