Mailchimp is an email and marketing automations software. The instructions provided below will assist you with locating and exporting your data from Mailchimp into a CSV file for import into DonorDock.
💡 The export from Mailchimp may include a ZIP file that contains separate CSV files for each type of contact (subscribed, unsubscribed, non-subscribed, and cleaned). You will need to unarchive the ZIP file to access the CSV files and open them in your preferred spreadsheet application.
Please note, DonorDock does not have access to our competitor's platforms or to changes/updates to their products' processes.
