Organization Settings
Administrators on your DonorDock account may set up and configure your organization settings by navigating to the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock) and selecting Settings.
Organization settings on this page impact all team member accounts for your organization.
Settings on this page include
Organization Information | Basic Organization Information such as Name, Tax ID, Contact Information |

Receipt Settings | The default send from team member will be used when sending a template that has no send from contact set on the template itself. Receipt text fields are available where receipt messaging may be entered for Receipt Message, Receipt Signature, and Receipt Tax Deductible Statement. The values for these fields are tied to receipt merge tags that may be entered into Templates. |
Membership Types | Names of Memberships Types that your organization tracks with Membership Gifts. |
Branding | Default Organization Logo and Color Branding |
Security Settings | Two Factor Authentication (2FA) organization settings. |
Feature Settings | Feature customization options for your organization for Funds, Addressee, Salutations, Account Numbers, and Lapsed stage. |
Text Messaging | Request a Text Number and view/purchase additional Text Credits. |
Data Backup | Request and download a zipfile backup of your Organization's data in DonorDock. |
