Pausing or Deleting an Installation in the Builder

There might be instances when you need to pause or remove an installment in the builder. This could occur if duplicate installations are running, unnecessary drafts are being created, or you no longer utilize the tool in question.

To Pause a Running Installation

1. Navigate to the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock)

2. Select Integrations

3. Once on the Integrations page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Integration Builder

4. Click Launch

5. Click to view My Installations

6. Locate the application tile in question and click Pause

To Delete an Installation

1. Navigate to the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock)

2. Select Integrations

3. Once on the Integrations page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Integration Builder

4. Click Launch

5. Click to view My Installations

6. Locate the application tile in question and click the trash can icon

7. A confirmation box will open, click delete to confirm the deletion request
