Payment Amount Fields Explained
There are 5 gift amount fields that may be tracked in DonorDock for a gift. If not applicable, fields may be left blank:
Received Amount | The total amount that the donor gave |

Fee Amount | Amount of any processing fee charged on the payment |
Non-Deductible Amount | Amount of donation that is non-deductible for tax purposes |
Soft Credit Amount | Soft credits represent recognition of credit for donations |
Net Amount | The amount received by your organization after fee amounts have been deducted from the donor's gross donation amount |
