New features & improvements

• Automations can now be triggered when a recurring donor cancels their recurring gift, making it easier to follow up and re-engage supporters

• Pledge payment reminder emails can now include a link for donors to pay their installment online, with completed payments automatically updating the remaining pledge balance

• DonorDock now offers a built-in Eventbrite integration, allowing event and attendee information to sync directly into DonorDock

• The Eventbrite integration can be configured to automatically apply badges to event purchasers and attendees as they sync into DonorDock

• When an Eventbrite sync matches an existing contact, blank contact fields such as address or phone number can now be filled with available Eventbrite information without overwriting existing data

• Unsubscribes can now include a comment explaining the reason for opting out, with responses available on the Unsubscribe Report

• Fixed an error affecting Employer Name fields in reports

• Resolved a memory error affecting contacts through the Public API

• Updated the Public API to reject invalid negative pagination values

• Fixed an issue where updating a contact through the Public API could fail when the contact included an archived custom field

• Resolved a mismatch affecting custom field values when reading and writing data through the Public API

• Fixed an issue where gift fields could be automatically populated when configuring gift automation actions

• Updated Journeys to prevent email templates from being accidentally overwritten when used in automations
