Purchasing Additional Outreach Emails
A base number of Outreach (Marketing) Emails are allotted to your organization monthly, depending on your organization's subscription level:

If you require additional emails at any time, emails are available as add-on purchases to your DonorDock subscription. When emails are sent through DonorDock, Monthly emails are used first before beginning to use any additional emails available on the account. Additional emails purchased are held separately from the monthly base email count and roll over month to month.

To Purchase Additional Emails
Navigate to Settings Menu (Grid icon top right of DonorDock)
Select Billing
Under Add-on Purchases, click Purchase More
Select the number of Emails desired and select Pay

🙋🏻♀️ Where can I view my receipt for the additional emails?
Scroll down to the bottom of the Billing page to view Billing History. Under the receipt column, click the View link to view/download your receipt.
