Purchasing Additional Text Credits
Text Credits are used to send and receive messages in DonorDock. If your organization is subscribed to a DonorDock Paid subscription, a base number of Text Credits are allotted monthly for outreach purposes, depending on your organization's subscription level.
Additional Text Credits do not expire once purchased. Additional text credits may be purchased at any time. When texts are sent through DonorDock, Monthly Text Credits are used first before using any additional credits available on the account.
Your organization will receive a notification when your text messages drop below 100, and all administrators on your account will receive an email when your remaining credits drop below 30.

There are two ways to purchase additional Text credits for your organization account.
Through the Text Messaging Icon
At the top of your DonorDock, click the Text Message icon to open your Text Messaging Information
Beneath your Text Number, a counter will show your current Text Credits available.
Click Purchase More
Select the number of Text Credits desired and select Pay
Your organization's saved payment method on file will be charged for the purchase.
π Success! The additional Text Credits purchased will be added to your available Text credits. π
Through DonorDock Billing
Navigate to Settings Menu (Grid icon top right of DonorDock)
Select Billing
Under Add-on Purchases, click Purchase More
Select the number of Text Credits desired and select Pay
Your organization's saved payment method on file will be charged for the purchase.
π Success! The additional Text Credits purchased will be added to your available Text credits. π
