QuickBooks Online Disconnected

If you have disconnected QuickBooks Online from DonorDock in error, use the following steps to re-connect:

  1. Log in to DonorDock

  2. Navigate to the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock)

  3. Select Integrations

  4. Open your QuickBooks Online integration (either the direct integration or in the builder)

  5. Follow the prompts to connect to QuickBooks Online
