✨ Password requirements updated to a minimum of eight characters

To help ensure password security and integrity, when setting or resetting your DonorDock account password, the minimum length has now been set to eight characters. Longer passwords tend to be more secure than shorter ones due to their ability to encompass a significantly greater number of potential combinations. Ideally, we recommend a combination of characters and numbers to help make the password as complex yet memorable as possible.

This update will not force you to update your existing password if it falls below eight characters currently. If you want to update your existing password, click on the Settings Menu (grid icon top right of DonorDock) and select Reset My Password.

✨ Classy integration updated to include Fee Amount and Net Amount information

When Classy integration was first introduced in DonorDock, we did not have specific fields related to Fee Amounts. Now that we do, the integration has been updated to sync the Fee and Net Amounts into the gift record in DonorDock.

Bug Fixes

🐛 Fixed issue with request SMS phone number failing when requesting a number for Text-to-Donate

🐛 Corrected issue Suggested Gift Amount not accepting values with a decimal (non-whole numbers) on organizations connected to only PayPal

🐛 Updated email activities sent with a merge tag in the subject line where the name did not populate in the DonorDock record

🐛 Made update TipBack language on organizations using TipBack as their Platform funding option, that the contribution to DonorDock is not tax-deductible.

🐛 Corrected issue where email limit warning was not displaying correctly when "All Contacts" was being selected as the send-to instead of a specific marketing list
