✨ Introducing the New AskBoard in DonorDock!
Organizations subscribed to the latest Essentials or Professional plans can now access a new Kanban-style board in DonorDock. The AskBoard is a visual tool designed to help you easily view, organize, and track all Asks, whether assigned to you personally or visible across your organization’s database. Access to the AskBoard is available for team members in administrator or user roles. Contact support if you are on a legacy plan and interested in upgrading.
✨ Built-in QuickBooks Online Integration
Available across all subscription tiers, this built-in feature lets you effortlessly sync DonorDock gifts (in received status) with QuickBooks Online as sales receipts. Once enabled, gifts are automatically synced every hour, ensuring smooth and continuous management of gift data between DonorDock and QuickBooks Online.
✨ Integration Builder for Professional Subscriptions
Professional-level subscriptions in DonorDock will now have access to the Integration Builder. This white-label integration tool can set up connections with applications such as Google Forms, Eventbrite, JotForm, and QuickBooks Online. Powered by Albato, this feature makes setting up integrations with your favorite applications easy for smoother data management and workflow. Bug Fixes
🐛 Fixed issue with deleted Gift Tags still appearing in Gift Reports after deletion.
🐛 Corrected issue with "This Year" and "Last Year" filter on Contact reports not reflecting the Fiscal Year organization settings.
🐛 Fixed bug with Membership gifts where the gift amount was trying to update to the saved Membership amount in Organization Settings.
🐛 Corrected bug where First Time Gift ActionBoard nudges were created for gifts that were not the first recorded gifts for a donor
🐛 Fixed issue where the completed date on activities was defaulting to one day prior to the current date when marked complete.
