✨ Introducing Prebuilt InKind Contribution Statement

A new contribution statement template, specifically designed for In-Kind gifts, is now available. While the standard contribution statement summarizes monetary donations, the new In-Kind Contribution Statement enables you to provide donors with a detailed overview of their in-kind contributions, including descriptions drawn from the Payment Note field of each gift.

✨ Support for Classes added QuickBooks Online Integration

New configuration options for QuickBooks Online now support Classes. When enabled, the integration will use the Accounting Class Name from the Fund assigned to a gift to create a new Class in QuickBooks when a sales receipt is generated. The Default Class will be used instead if no Accounting Class Name is set.

✨ Gift Reference numbers added to new gifts created

DonorDock will now assign an automatic reference number to all newly created gifts, providing an easy-to-access transaction identifier. These reference numbers are separate from the Payment ID field and will start at 1 for new gifts (note: this update is not retroactive). The reference number is also available as a merge tag for use in transactional email templates.

Bug Fixes

🐛 Resolved an issue where creating an activity from an ActionBoard nudge caused a GUID configuration error.

🐛 Fixed a bug that prevented new gift notifications from being sent and ActionBoard nudges from being created for ACH gifts.

🐛 Resolved a problem where QR codes for Signup Forms could not be downloaded.

🐛 Fixed a bug that caused a fetch error when generating a group email activity report from the bulk email summary page.

🐛 Corrected an issue where the net amount field was missing on the Gift Details page.

🐛 Updated Contact search error when more than 2,000 potential results were being recognized.

🐛 Fixed an issue that caused DonorSearch to fail when screening a contact.
