New Features & Enhancements
β¨ Updated and Enhanced Import Tool
We're happy to reveal the latest update to our import feature (powered by Flatfile). These improvements offer a more streamlined and dynamic import process to add your data into DonorDock. While the import process maintains its core functionality, there are a few notable differences to be aware of:
Simplified Selection of the type of file being imported. Selecting whether an import is Contact, Gift, Activity. or Note will now occur after your file has been uploaded
Streamlined Import now allows you to map multiple sheets from the same file. By selecting multiple sheets to map during the import, you are saved from having to upload the same file multiple times
Easier Mapping with fewer clicks. You are now able to experience a more fluid mapping process without the need to "Confirm mapping" for each individual column
Enhanced Flexibility in ignoring columns or removing rows from the file imported. Easily customize your import by ignoring unwanted columns with a simple click of the "x" on the mapping page, or you can delete entire rows when reviewing the spreadsheet.
β¨ Improved Column Selector on Reports
The column selector has been relocated to the right-hand side to enhance report customization. Upon clicking on the icon, the column box will pop up, allowing for easy browsing for columns to include in the report, with existing columns automatically positioned at the top. Additionally, you can rearrange columns by simply clicking and dragging their names within the box to your desired location on the report.
β¨ Additional Marketing List customization available on Signup Forms
When creating and setting up signup forms and adding marketing lists to the form, you may set whether the marketing list box should default to checked or unchecked for the contact completing the form.
Bug Fixes
π Fixed issue with the bulk Apply Badges link on the import table not correctly badging all contacts on the import in bulk
π Made update to the Schedule Send on bulk emails, so that an email may not be scheduled for send in the future if no Marketing List or Send to List has yet been selected
π Fixed bug with A2P Registration for text messaging so that a new (duplicated) registration may not be submitted while a registration is pending
π Updated Signup Form response report to only show one contact entry response if an email is listed across multiple contact records
π Fixed error on Text Conversations inbox will extremely long messages were disrupting the flow of the inbox message preview line.
π Fixed issue with individual email activities being stalled in Incomplete (sending) status
π Updated rules for "Match on Email only" so that when a match is found, gifts and activities may be added to the contact found, but no contact details are updated
π Fixed issue with temporary report marketing list on draft email showing incorrect number of contacts to send bulk email
