We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements in DonorDock! This release brings two highly requested features to help you stay on course, along with important fixes and performance improvements to keep your work sailing smoothly.

✨ Template Folders

You asked, we delivered! Template folders make it easy to keep your email templates neat and organized.

• Create custom folders with names and colors

• Drag and drop templates, or use the Move option to place them

• Folders automatically sort alphabetically

• Edit or delete folders anytime — templates are never lost, they simply return to the unfoldered area

This feature helps you quickly find the right template and keep your workspace tidy.

✨ Page Anchors in Templates

Page anchors (also called page sections) let you link readers directly to specific parts of your email.

• Add anchors to individual elements or entire sections

• Link to anchors from menus, buttons, or text links

• Readers can jump straight to an article, update, or image with smooth scrolling

This is especially helpful in newsletters or long-form emails where you want to guide readers to what matters most.

✨ Automation Triggers for Bulk Additions

A small but impactful update to Automations. Automations are now triggered when contacts are bulk added to a badge or marketing list. Previously, adding contacts by report did not activate any automations. Now, when up to 1,000 contacts are added at once, DonorDock will run the automation logic tied to the badge or marketing list in question. This makes it easier to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.

✨ Bad Email and Bad Spouse Email Fields

Two new fields, Bad Email and Bad Spouse Email, have been added to improve email deliverability and overall email list health.

• These flags are automatically set when an email or spouse's email experiences a hard bounce or drops

• Flagged emails are automatically excluded from future emails

• If the email or spouse email is updated to a valid address, the flag resets to false

🚢 Hull Repairs and Bug Fixes

• Improved issue with 2FA not always saving in the browser, which prompted log-ins every time despite org settings

• Fixed a conversion error that occurred when exporting certain reports

• Updated contact search to improve speed and responsiveness

• Corrected a GoFundMe Pro issue where gift amounts were syncing incorrectly

• Updated the payment ID field to allow editing on all payment types

• Enhanced GoFundMe Pro sync: if no matching fund is found, a new fund will be created in DonorDock to ensure gifts are tracked correctly
