How to Send A Letter from the ActionBoard Using a Template

  1. From the ActionBoard, click Add Action

  2. Choose the Letter Activity

  3. Fill out Subject

  4. Enable the toggle. Use a Template

  5. Choose the Template you want to use for the letter

  6. You can choose to Complete or keep the Status Incomplete until you send

  7. Optional: Enter any applicable Campaign and Appeal associated

  8. Once you click on Create and Save you will be given the option to download and print as a PDF or a Word Document
