Set Up Email Notifications for Gifts
Email notifications may be set up specifically on each team member's profile. Each user on your organization has control over their own notification.
Turn on Email Notifications
Navigate to Settings Menu (Grid in the top right of DonorDock)
Select My Profile
To the right, Select to Toggle for the option to receive new Gift Notifications
Select the threshold amount you would like to receive notifications for
To receive notifications for all gifts, enter 0
Click Save at the top of the page
🙋🏿♀️ Can I set to receive gift notifications specifically for gifts being received through my Online Giving page?
No, at this time, the gift notification does not separate a notification out between if it was entered manually, added in an import, or received through an online giving page.
