Sharing a Signup Form on your Website
DonorDock Signup Forms may be shared using an embed code on your website, or by sharing the direct link for the form.
To Embed a Signup Form
Navigate to Outreach
Select Signup Forms
From the list of existing signup forms, select the Signup Form name in question to open the setup details page
Scroll down on the left to the embed code section and click to copy the embed code.
Paste your embed code in your website editor/designer.

To View/Copy the direct URL for a Signup Form
Navigate to Outreach
Select Signup Forms
From the list of existing signup forms, select the Signup Form name in question to open the setup details page
In the right corner of the preview of the form, click Open to view the form on a live link
Copy the URL from the address bar
🎉 Once the URL is copied, you may share the form on social media, add to emails, and link directly within your website! 🎉
