Sharing Sent Outreach Emails with a Public URL

When you send a bulk Outreach Email, DonorDock automatically creates a browser-based version of the message.

This version is available through the email's Public URL.

The Public URL can be useful when you want to share an email's content without sending another email.

For example, you might use the Public URL to:

  • Share a newsletter on social media

  • Link to an email from your organization's website

  • Provide a browser-based copy to a team member

  • Share an announcement through another communication channel

Find the Public URL
  1. Navigate to Outreach > Emails.

  2. Select the Sent tab.

  3. Click the subject line of the email to open the Sent Email Summary Page.

  4. Locate Public URL in the Summary information.

  5. Click the copy icon to copy the URL.

You can then paste the URL wherever you would like to share the browser-based version of the email.

The Public URL displays the content of the sent email. Sharing the URL does not resend the email or create a new recipient email activity.
