Stripe Payment Migration Services

Stripe can migrate data from any payment processor into your stripe account.

The migration request needs to come directly from the Stripe account holder via this link: https://support.stripe.com/questions/data-migrations-types-that-can-be-requested

⚠️ If the payment processor does not share the required documents with Stripe in time, the merchant (the nonprofit organization) needs to keep messaging the other payment processor to take action. Once Stripe has the necessary files, it takes about 1 week (7-10 days) to migrate everything over.

Stripe can migrate both cards and ACH data.

After payment information has been migrated into your Stripe account, you may update the product on any recurring subscriptions to a DonorDock Recurring subscription product. Once a subscription has been updated to a DonorDock subscription product, gift records will be seamlessly created in DonorDock at the time of recurrence.
