Tasks

The Task activity allows you to assign tasks to yourself and other users with your organization for donor engagement.

Fields to select when creating a Task Activity:

  • Contact. The contact that the Task is directed to.

  • Assigned to. The user who will be completing the Task with the contact.

  • Subject. The subject of the Task.

  • Due Date. The date that the Task is expected to be completed.

  • Priority. The ranked priority of the activity: Low, Medium, or High.

  • Status. The status of the Activity. Has the Task already been completed, is it incomplete, or cancelled. If status complete, box will appear for Completion Note.

  • Completion Note. Any notes you wish to enter about the Task (outside of the Task Description) as to the completion of the activity.

  • Task Description. Notes and information relating to the Task.

  • Campaign. Campaign (if any) the Task activity is associated with.

  • Appeal. Appeal (if any) the Task activity is associated with.

Task activities may be created manually by adding an activity, added in bulk through reports if there were more than one donor in the Task, or may be imported through the import tool.
