How to View Responses to Signup Forms
Responses to your Signup forms may be viewed in two different ways.
Through Signup Forms
Select Outreach from the Navigation Bar
Select Signup Forms
On the list of your signup forms, click the link to View Responses
You will be redirected to a contact report for all contacts who have responded to the signup form, regardless of which marketing list/s they selected when completing the form.
Through Contact Lists
Select Contacts from the Navigation Bar
Select to view the Contact Lists page
Marketing Lists for your organization will be listed on the right. Click on the name of the Marketing List in question you wish to view.
You will be redirected to a contact report for all contacts who are on the referenced marketing list. This will include contacts who signed up for the marketing list through a signup form, or were manually added to the Marketing List by a team member.
