DonorDock Academy Live Training

Looking for hands-on help learning DonorDock? The DonorDock Academy includes recurring live training sessions designed specifically to help you become more comfortable and confident using the platform.

Regular training opportunities include:

DonorDock 101
New to DonorDock or looking for a refresher? DonorDock 101 provides a top-to-bottom introduction to the platform and its core features. It is a great place to start if you want to understand how the different parts of DonorDock work together and learn the basics before diving deeper.

Weekly Drop-In Q&A
Have a question about DonorDock? Stop by one of our weekly Q&A sessions to ask it live. You are also welcome to simply listen in and learn from the questions other DonorDock users bring to the session.

Drop-In Q&A is held every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time, giving you two opportunities each week to join.

Monthly Deep Dives
For a closer look at individual features and workflows, DonorDock also offers monthly deep-dive training sessions. These sessions focus on a particular area of DonorDock and give you more time to explore how the feature works, when to use it, and ways you can apply it within your organization.
